Good news for residents on Queens Road in Lansdown! Gloucestershire Council has given the go-ahead for some much-needed tree maintenance, including work on a Hornbeam by a summerhouse and a couple of Apple trees. This will help keep our beautiful conservation area looking its best for everyone to enjoy.
G1 Box group - reduce overhang back, to ease weight on over-extended branches. T1 Hornbeam by summerhouse - remove epi growth from base of tree. T2 Apple (larger tree) - pollard past previous points as indicated in submitted photo. T3 Apple (smaller tree) - re-pollard to previous points. T5 Viburnum (front drive) - cut back overhang. T6 Cotoneaster (front drive) - remove 2 branches.
