Good news for St Pauls residents! Plans are afoot for a phased development at the North Place car park, including exciting solar panel additions for the new townhouses. This amendment to existing planning permission could mean a more flexible approach to how the development takes shape and is occupied.
Non-material amendment to conditions 15, 21 and 33 on planning permission ref. 24/00236/FUL to enable a phased approach to development with regards to access points, to include the installation of Solar PV on the roofs of the Townhouses and to enable a phased approach to occupation of development.
